This Oroville CA single family home is not only conveniently located in a nicely maintained neighborhood, with a variety of local Oroville schools close by, and just a minute or two from Highway 70 access, it also has had some major upgrades done that are nearly impossible to find at this price level. Sellers have expended plenty of resources in making sure this home has a plethora of newer amenities and features making a 1976 built home feel nearly new. So, up on the roof top they went with a click, click, click to make sure a new roof was good enough for old Saint Nick! And what did they do next?? Yes, that is correct. They added central heat and air along with a whole house fan to complete the upgrades. Bone-tired by now, the sellers took to relaxing on their partially covered patio, overlooking their really large fenced backyard, with their favorite beverage in hand saying: "I think we should sell it now so let's find the most famous REALTOR® of all".
