No elevator, no stairs, ground floor unit, just walk right in from parking lot. This well kept, very clean unit has lots of perks. In the kitchen, the seller added cabinets and a nook for a small television. In the guest bedroom a computer desk and drawers were built in. Extra cabinets in the laundry room, new shower doors in master bath, and windows were replaced. The biggest bonus was the removal of the sliding glass doors opening up the lanai to the full view of the golf course. The entire condo opens up to usable living space. There are no buildings in the view, just the green grass of the golf course and you are right by the tee box to watch everyone swing. You will love the lanai.
