Lots of built in cabinets for storage. very little traffic on Abelia street, it is only 1 mile long and dead ends on both sides. This plan is a 3 bedroom with an office open to the living room. R V access is 60 feet long and 16 feet wide. HOA said it is OK on side of home I called them to see.
