There is ~2,400 square feet of custom, strategically placed tarping around the home that was crafted by an America’s Cup sail maker that provides shading to the multiple patios and vistas. All the stones on the block wall that adorn the driveway were collected from around the property which makes a friendly conversation piece, there are numerous fruit trees including grapefruit, lemon, apple, pomegranate, oranges, and more. 1346 Sugarbush Drive truly is a special place, there is nothing else like it, it has a very desirable location and list of features, and we expect it to sell quickly.
