Great neighbors (we've made life-long friends), excellent breezes & beautiful sunsets (since the house faces West) were an added bonus. The home itself has a great front yard & floor plan. It was super practical for our family. I like the high ceilings in the living area & all of the windows provide lots of natural light. The kitchen, as in many homes, was the hub of activity with loads of counter space. It is roomy enough to accommodate lots of guests which made entertaining (children or adults) very easy. The access to the yard from the kitchen/dining area made hosting barbecues easy and we found it was a great space to entertain guests with the large paver patio and lots of afternoon shade. The fourth bedroom has served as a play, then study area which I liked because it allowed easy oversight of the children. I also like the skylights in the bathrooms lending natural light to the only rooms without windows. I really like organization, so the storage cabinets in the garage have been something I've liked too as it helps make the garage a more usable space. The location overall was also a huge plus for us. It's close enough that I could walk the boys to Deer Canyon element...
