From the bridge over the river in Capon Bridge heading Rt.50W, cross over the bridge, immediately turn left onto Cold Stream Road. drive 4 miles and make a left onto H. Rubenstein Rd. Drive a short distance, make a left onto Slanes Knob Trail. You come to a locked gate into Majestic Knolls. The road becomes Majestic Knoll Rd. About 1/2 mile in you will pass a log/frame 2 story home. As you pass the home, you will also pass a small pond on your left. The land just after this pond you will turn left onto this gravel road. Follow for maybe a quarter mile. You will come to a real estate sign posted on your right. This 20 acre lot begins just past the sign. The land continues whereas you will come to a second sign. There is a shed off to your right. The land also extends across the gravel lane. Pass the 2nd real estate sign and the lane curls to the left. Follow to the end for a potential homesite. Long range views here and you will see the well casing. You will need an agent to unlock gate.
