Attempting to locate without listing broker is not recommended. But if you insist, from Hwy 24 south of Leadville, take County Road 7 towards Weston Pass. Stay on County road 7, as you pass through Mt. Massive Lakes Trout Club, there is a cattle guard at the east end of the development. From that cattle guard travel appx. 6.1 miles. (County Road 7 is Weston Pass Rd.) This location is about 7/10s of a mile from the summit of Weston Pass. When you hit that mileage, look for a place to park on the side of the road, as you will be walking or hiking from there. The property is over the rise almost due east. It is about 1/2 mile of hiking. Look for these GPS coordinates: N 39deg 9' 5.0" E -106deg 11'39.1" There is a seasonal stream, and you want to stay on the North of the stream and the thick willows. You cannot see the property from the road, but if you get to the top of the rise, you will see a yurt and structure in the willows next to the stream. Property has been surveyed and corners pinned.
