From Martinsburg: Follow WV9 to Spohrs Rd. Turn left onto Spohrs Rd and continue until you turn left onto Highland Ridge Rd.
GPS directions will take you VIA Highland Ridge Rd to Fairbee Rd for (0.2 mi). Turn right onto Sol Ann Ln (0.9 mi). Turn right onto Matt Jack Trail. This is correct but may not be the best for some vehicles.
Agent suggestion: From Highland Ridge Rd, turn right onto Spriggs Rd for (0.5 mi). Turn left onto Matt Jack Trail. At the top of the hill stay left and continue. Stay to the left once you see a red dumpster. You will see the property once you reach the clearing.
