There are separate septic systems, but the electricity and water are shared. The 4-car garage has a gravel floor, and there is a charming chicken-coop and a few storage sheds. Because we have been clearing buck brush, manzanita for years, we have been told that in a fire the safest please is the Harrison Ranch.
