Tenants moved out and left me a mess. No structural damage, everything is working. Roof was replaced 10-20-2017 with GAF 25 year composition shingles, it is in good shape. Foundation has some normal settlement but does not seem like it needs to be fixed immediately. Needs clean-up and fixes. I prefer to sell as-is.
