Three years ago my uncle bought this FIX-UP, repaired the roof, tore out the kitchen & the master bath, took up much of the flooring, enclosed the garage for a third bedroom, had a gorgeous new covered front patio put in, started installing the granite countertops, and then he died in the hospital, leaving the rest of the renovations for the next owner to complete. Some receipts for all of the work thus far. Conveying with the house are stainless steel sinks, flooring for the great room, a granite countertop for the master bathroom & 2 stoves. Yes, the front door was installed backwards. Yes, the master bathroom is rather bare at the moment, the kitchen still needs a lot of work, and the doorway & ventilation into the third bedroom still needs to be done.

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Estately has access to the same database professional Realtors use: the Multiple Listing Service (or MLS). That means we can display all the properties listed by other member brokerages of the local Association of Realtors—unless the seller has requested that the listing not be published or marketed online.
The MLS is widely considered to be the most authoritative, up-to-date, accurate, and complete source of real estate for-sale in the USA.
Estately updates this data as quickly as possible and shares as much information with our users as allowed by local rules. Estately can also email you updates when new homes come on the market that match your search, change price, or go under contract.
