Auction July 15 at 10 am Property #5 of 5: 318 E Williams St, Milford IN 46542 Tax Parcel # 43-03-09-300-171.000-028 12 wide mobile home situated on a 115 x 132 corner lot This is an Absolute Auction. The properties will sell to the highest bidder, regardless of price. The properties will be sold individually via several rounds of bidding. Bidding will be live in person at the Milford Community Building. Telephone, email and sealed bids may also be accepted. Auction terms will be: 10% of the high bid non-refundable deposit on auction day with the final closings to be in 30 days of less. The seller will provide clear title, title insurance and a deed. A Survey will be available at the buyer’s expense. Any current real estate taxes due will be paid by the seller as of the day of the closing. The buyers will be responsible for the 2023 pay 2024 taxes when due. All properties will be sold unconditionally AS-IS WITH ALL FAULTS. A 5% buyer premium will be in effect and added to the final hammer price of each property. This auction will be conducted under the terms of a Settlement Agreement between the Seller and The Town of Milford. A copy is available upon request. Announcements made by the Auctioneer during the course of the auction will take precedence over any previously released information printed or otherwise.
