This one surprises me by how elegantly the rooms flow, within what is darn near the best floor plan that this Realtor has ever seen. Elegant and refined, with a hint of decadent. The kitchen is a dream; replete with miles of marble (exaggeration, but close) and a deluxe appliance package from Thermador to put you at the helm of the ultimate family hub. From the sink/oven area you can see up the hallway towards DR/LR/Nook/FamilyRoom/2nooks/bar/yard/pool. It's the heart of the house, and is exceptional. The entire house is exceptional. Who wouldn't want 6000+sq.ft of the most comfortable, and pleasing french oak hardwood floors. If you thought it was gorgeous on it's own, check out the photos of the marble entry framed up by the wood flooring. It's super nice. The back yard? It's your own resort, with immense tranquility. Home theater, wine cellar, office? Yes, and they're amazing. Brick wraparound front porch looks out across your motor court towards a section of road that doesn't have a house to look at across the street. A bonus in my book. 4 car garage, with full height and deep depth RV garage. Who wouldn't want to live in the Hunt Club? It's one of my all time favorite gated communities in South OC.
