I might be biased, but this is the best Intracoastal home in the best community, Porpoise Point (yes, it's my house). The entire home has been updated in 2018-2023. Everything is new. Room for an elevator and small pool (see attached conceptual photos). Quotes for the pool and an elevator are available upon request. No home is complete without a great kitchen. Fisher & Paykel appliances (because I love their dishwasher drawers), granite countertops and backsplash, built-in wine storage and large kitchen island for great views of the sunset.
