Originally built in 1921, and believed to be the original Moffitt homestead, this shotgun style ranch was moved to its current location in 1953 just months prior to the opening of Bull Shoals Dam. A brand new master suite has been added that features a custom closet system, tile shower surround, and barn door sliders. Other features include a large 30'x16' back deck, detached two car garage, 1/3 acre corner lot, custom kitchen with double refrigerators, butcher block counter tops and island with seating, USB charging built into the outlets, a Moen Touch2O kitchen faucet, and a Nest Thermostat.
