Don't miss this rare chance to buy a custom home with a new dock & peaceful porches galore in one of Mt Pleasant's premiere neighborhoods! This home has views for miles & sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic! You will think you are in a brand new home since most every finish is new, plus new roof, newer HVAC & many added bells & whistles! The dream kitchen features the finest Bertazzoni appliances including separate refrigerator & freezer, 6 burner gas range/oven + 2 wall ovens, pot-filler, farm sink & prep sink & wet bar sink! Alexa, turn on the bar lights & change the colors! How about a full-size Wine Enthusiast refrigerator & built in wine rack? Primary bedrooms up & down, plus an elevator shaft! Getting the picture about the high quality level? Please click for more. Many of the kitchen cabinets have glass doors and interior lights. Be sure to check out the vertical storage between the refrigerator and wine refrigerator. Please note the custom tile kitchen back-splash and the unique aluminum bar backsplash which further highlights the removable glass display platform (the one that changes colors). The two built-in wall ovens include a speed oven (convection/microwave), plus the range has an oven. The pull-out trash drawer and cookbook shelves are handy. You can sit at the large island or breakfast/pub table. Since the kitchen is open to the great room and dining room, there are views, views and more views! The great room has lighted glass shelving on either side of the gas fireplace and surround sound speakers in the ceiling. A convenient grilling deck features a natural gas pipe for your grill. The first floor screened porch may be your favorite room in the home. The original primary bedroom suite is downstairs and does not disappoint after a recent remodel! The long leathered-granite vanity with two sinks features a storage tower. The cushions on the storage benches will convey, what a nice touch for dressing! The dual shower heads, including calming rain shower, can be operated individually or together. Even the water comes through a whole house water filtration/softener system. Of course, there is a large walk-in closet. Two of the bedrooms in this home, including the downstairs primary bedroom, are currently used as full-time home offices and both access front porches. All light switches are Lutron Decora switches with digital dimmers. Set them once to your preferred lighting or change at will. The outlets along interior walkways feature LED path lighting at night. All ceiling fans, including porch fans, are high-end and you will see recessed lighting and crown molding throughout. The interior stair rail is handsome wrought iron. The Ring security system can stay with the home. Flooring throughout the home is Australian Cypress, with carpet in the upstairs primary bedroom and one of two upstairs guest bedrooms. The kitchen, breakfast area and baths have tile floors. Lower level floors look like wood, but are easy-to-maintain ceramic tile. The elevator shaft which runs from the garage level all the way to the second floor of the home is currently being used as three storage closets, but there is plenty of other storage on the lower level of the home and pull down stairs to the attic. All three upstairs bedrooms have porch access. One bedroom currently used as a home office does not have a closet, but one can easily be added. The hall guest bathroom has a leathered-granite vanity top and features a tub/shower. The upstairs primary suite is over the top! Just inside is a waterfront morning kitchen which includes a sink and refrigerator. Enjoy your coffee in the sitting area off the bedroom or maybe on the covered deck (great wildlife photo ops!) or the screened porch overlooking tributaries of Toomer Creek! An electric fireplace separates the sitting area from the bed. You can adjust the fireplace to be opaque or translucent and there are several other options for color. There is no need to decide whether to watch TV in bed or in the sitting room since TVs are currently located over both sides of the fireplace, plus you will find surround sound speakers in the ceiling. The primary bathroom upstairs is even nicer than the one downstairs. The heavenly free-standing high-tech soaking tub has lights and jets. You can decide to use one or both rain shower heads in the large shower. Another choice is the hand held shower or the body sprays. There is another storage tower on the double sink vanity, this time with glass shelves to keep toiletries handy, plus another storage cabinet. Decorative tile was installed to the ceiling behind the vanity, the separate water closet was upgraded with a bidet, even the ceiling exhaust fan can play music via blue tooth and has optional colored mood lighting. Finally, the laundry room with great storage, handy sink and large folding shelf is upstairs and the high end front-load washer and dryer can convey. But wait until you see the garage level with parking for 3 cars or maybe 2 cars and a boat, even more storage shelving and a walk-in closet! There is a handy drop zone as you enter the home from the garage level. The cushioned bench is a great place to change shoes. The large, open room is currently full of exercise equipment. Maybe this area will be your home office or hobby room? The back door leads to the shady covered patio and new waterfront solid composite deck. Off the deck is a gas fire pit, which you will actually use year round for the ambiance. Walk down the dock and you may see egrets, herons, maybe a deer. There are even tales of a river otter! There should be room for a pool in the spacious side yard. No pool plans have been submitted to the HOA but several neighbors in Wheatstone and Tennyson have pools in similar locations. Walk out to the end of the dock shared with Lot 15. The water depth is appropriate for crabbing and fishing, maybe canoeing or kayaking at higher tides. The owner is happy to leave all the refrigerators, washer and dryer and window treatments, if desired by the buyer. All of the wall-mounted TVs are negotiable and perhaps even much of the outdoor and even interior furnishings could be negotiable. The neighborhood amenities are top-notch. The neighborhood website lists: tennis, volleyball, junior Olympic pool, kiddie pool, multi-purpose pool with zero entry and jets, in-pool volleyball, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor theater, six miles of bike and hiking paths, miles of creeks, business center with shopping and dining. The Amenity Center is located at 2701 Park West Blvd, between the Grey Marsh and Bessinger roundabouts. Much of the shopping and dining is located close to the Park West Entrance off Hwy 17. Near the Publix grocery store, you will find a liquor store, Pak Mail and, my favorite, Mex 1 Coastal Cantina. Turn onto nearby Stocksdale St which becomes Park Ave Blvd in Carolina Park. You can reach Wando High school this way, through the neighborhoods, without the ever driving on Hwy 17. Along the way, you will find a public library, Costco, Roper Hospital, cleaners, nail salon, dentists & vets, coffee shop, bakery & ice cream, oh my! On Hwy 17, don't miss the Crush Yard pickle ball facility. A Walmart Supercenter and Mt Pleasant Towne Centre are both close by, too. In-neighborhood schools are rare. Besides nearby Wando High School, elementary and middle schools are located within Park West! There is even a municipal recreation complex at 1251 Park West Blvd, near the neighborhood schools. That website lists: ADA accessible, baseball, softball, batting tunnels, basketball, football, soccer, multi-purpose field, outdoor volleyball, lighted tennis, locker rooms, activity building, playground, pool, restrooms, shower rooms, picnic areas, grill, outdoor walking track and trails, fishing, lake pavilion, parking and water. Whew! Mount Pleasant is popular due to its location close to area beaches (Isle of Palms & Sullivan's Island), historic downtown Charleston, great hospitals and an international airport. Who wouldn't want to live here?

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Estately has access to the same database professional Realtors use: the Multiple Listing Service (or MLS). That means we can display all the properties listed by other member brokerages of the local Association of Realtors—unless the seller has requested that the listing not be published or marketed online.
The MLS is widely considered to be the most authoritative, up-to-date, accurate, and complete source of real estate for-sale in the USA.
Estately updates this data as quickly as possible and shares as much information with our users as allowed by local rules. Estately can also email you updates when new homes come on the market that match your search, change price, or go under contract.
