What a neat find. This vintage farmhouse with extensive updating is situated on just under an acre within the town limits of Capon Bridge, WV. The rooms are all quite spacious with painted hardwood floors throughout. Three bedrooms (two have large closets) three full baths (two on the main level). There is a dressing room between the two largest bedrooms that gives direct access to the rear upper level, screened porch. The upstairs level has central air conditioning. The main level has a nice sized kitchen with a separate laundry. There is a formal dining room with direct access to the front screened porch. The living room is also quite spacious with access to a long sunporch with upgraded windows. This main level also has two full baths. The home is in great condition. Thinking in terms of an AIR-B&B, or potentially a weekend getaway, don’t miss seeing this one. The land has 6’ perimeter fencing and a gated entrance. There is a small creek running through the property. Most of the land is virtually maintenance free due to topography. There is hardscaping and rock gardens along with a barn style shed and a smaller tool shed. The property is serviced by Town Water and Sewer, eliminating any potential problems with well or septic. The furnishings do not convey with the sale.

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Estately has access to the same database professional Realtors use: the Multiple Listing Service (or MLS). That means we can display all the properties listed by other member brokerages of the local Association of Realtors—unless the seller has requested that the listing not be published or marketed online.
The MLS is widely considered to be the most authoritative, up-to-date, accurate, and complete source of real estate for-sale in the USA.
Estately updates this data as quickly as possible and shares as much information with our users as allowed by local rules. Estately can also email you updates when new homes come on the market that match your search, change price, or go under contract.
Rt.50, heading west, through Capon Bridge. Once you pass over the bridge in town (Cacapon River), continue up around the bend, turn left onto a one-way street (Tannery Road). This is just before Birch St. Tannery Rd also originates next to Jill's Barbershop, but it is now a one-way street. The driveway is somewhat hidden into the property but the entrance driveway is just before a single-wide home with stained wood siding. There is no For Sale sign at the driveway nor is the address posted. The Listing agent will meet you at the property. The entrance gate is locked.

Walk Score is the most well-known measure of walkability for any address. It is based on the distance to a variety of nearby services and pedestrian friendliness. Walk Scores range from 0 (Car-Dependent) to 100 (Walker’s Paradise).

Listing Agents and Buyer’s Agents represent the two sides of a real estate transaction. As a Seller of a home, your Listing Agent represents your interests and will advise, consult and follow your instructions to sell your property at the best possible price and terms.
If you’re a Buyer, a Buyer’s Agent advises you throughout the transaction, helping you get the best deal and advocating for you. The Buyer’s Agent commission is also paid by the Seller, so the Buyer never sees a bill for their service.
Many first time Buyers believe they can work without a Buyer’s Agent and instead use the same agent as the Seller. When both Buyer and Seller use the same agent, known as “dual agency”, it can sometimes save on fees, but it also puts the agent in a conflict of interest, not fully representing either party.
