In the late 1970's/early 1980's the home was expanded to include a 5th bedroom and a 3rd bathroom. In order to access the added 5th bedroom, you have to walk through an existing bedroom. The roof was replaced in the last 10 years, and the central furnace with ducting was replaced in the last 5 years, per the trustees. There was no air conditioning for the home. The bathrooms and kitchen were last updated in the early 1980's. There is a pool in the backyard that according to the trustees had been replastered approx. 15-20 years ago. The pool heater and furnace appeared to have been replaced in the last 5-7 years.
