This cute place had two offers on it right after it was listed. Problem was that the inspector reported that the floor joist were moldy. What an awful word...moldy. New roof and eaves troughs on the house in 2010 and on the garage in 2012. Well insulated home ...Heat bills were between $140 and $145. Move in ready.
