When I asked the owner what they love about their beautiful home, I was impressed to learn of some wonderful and valuable items, such as a recirculating pump on the water heater so hot water is delivered quickly. An efficient Ecoboo wifi thermostat, with natural gas supplying the stove, water heater and central heat. And with today's ridiculous electric bills, this is a great way to save money every month by having lower utility bills. The spacious master bedroom and large closet is always nice to see. A very nice sized garage comes in handy for several uses. The huge backyard leaves plenty of room for a shed, workshop, pool or whatever your mind can conjure up. And one of my favorites is the power plug for a camper. This charming, updated home is an active Airbnb, so we are showing by appointment only. Please do not disturb occupants.
