Spacious 2.7 acre wooded lot set back and private behind the other houses on the state road. Approved subdivision lot, 1990 Eisenhauer subdivsion, meaning perced, surveyed, wetlands delineated, etc, approved by the board of health and town at the time. There is a small wetlands area that straddles the north boundary line, map state 2.6 acres contiguous buildable area. The lot is located behind the two houses east of Herindeen Landing, east of raised ranch 1751 RT 197, proposed driveway entrance be close to and west of the walk out ranch to the right, 1741 RT 197. Since there is not a place to park there, easiest way in for viewing is to go in the back from Herindeen Landing; go 292 feet north from RT 197, flags on the right are where land starts; go 120 feet north of those flags to a pathway that is cut in to the property next to the young 7 foot apple tree. Once onto this property, keep in mind the proposed driveway entrance from 197 is close to the 3rd house down (or east) on RT 197. This land does not directly front Herindeen Landing; that road did not exist at the time of this subdivision. Board of health records show in 2006 owner pulled a well permit to drill a well, but never followed through. Quick I-84 access; Google says 35 minutes to Worcester and 38 minutes to Hartford.
