Once onto this property, keep in mind the proposed driveway entrance from 197 is close to the 3rd house down (or east) on RT 197. Board of health records show in 2006 owner pulled a well permit to drill a well, but never followed through. Quick I-84 access; Google says 35 minutes to Worcester and 38 minutes to Hartford.
