Wilton lot of over an acre on Burton Highway. This lot apparently used to house an old mobile home a LONG TIME AGO and some other sort of structure AN EVEN LONGER TIME AGO as there are remnants of an old stone foundation and you can kind of tell where the old mobile was. There's even an old dug well there, but no idea whatsoever about any kind of old septic. This lot touches the corner of the mill brook but the home site is well above the water. Very peaceful to listen to the moving water below, though! Buyers will have an opportunity to perform any and all due diligence desired to determine if the lot will be right for them. The stream at the upper edge appears to be the approximate boundary. There is a metal rod at the side of the road for the upper edge and it is wrapped in yellow duct tape and there is a tree wrapped in duct tape near the approximate lower boundary (probably the culvert but a surveyor should be contacted to confirm.)
