The location is near fishing at Antero, Spinney and 11-Mile Reservoirs, the South Platte River and the "Dream Stream." Hiking, biking and 4-wheeling are available in both San Isabel and Pike National Forests. Buena Vista is about 30 minutes away for shopping, dining out and white water rafting in the Arkansas River. Skiing is about an hours drive to either Breckenridge or Monarch Ski Resorts. Denver is an estimated two hours north and Colorado Springs about 1 1/2 hours to the east. The Buyer will need to install a well and septic system if they choose to build a cabin on the property. Plan to come see it soon.
