Silver Beach is an old fashion family resort area in the village of Jamesville with mail service from the Town of Exmore. It got its name for the sparkling waters with diamond reflections off the Chesapeake Bay. This is a tight nit community that has lots of energy and parties and an outdoor church. The price of this house was based on an appraisal. Silver Beach is the best place to be - Summer or Year Round!
