No power lines obstruct views of the street; all of the utilities in this section of town are below street level and maintained by the City of Charleston. Carriage tours are not allowed on Atlantic Street. This home has never had water from a storm or storm surge enter it. 2018 - Completely refinished standing seam metal roof. 2018 - Flat portion of roof replaced. 2018 - New super energy-efficient Star commercial water heater installed. 2019 Foundation pillars repointed and several new pillars added.
