This magnificent farmhouse – perhaps the oldest home on the south end of Grant Park and now operating as The Social Goat Bed & Breakfast – underwent a total deconstruction and renovation that took nearly three years after the owners purchased the home in 2005. The owners also restored original pocket windows throughout and added five covered porches. Behind the main house, the owners have built a newer detached 3-car garage with a 1-bed/1-bath ADU above where much of the heart-pine flooring from the main house was repurposed. To the left of the main property is a separate parcel, 0 Robinson, which also conveys with the sale and contains another wholly separate 1-bed/1-bath ADU, livestock pen and shed, and a large "sunken" venue area perfect for a future pool.
