Directions:Directions: From I-84, take Exit 9 (Sand Hollow/New Plymouth exit) and head east on Highway 30 (also known as ID-52). Continue driving east toward New Plymouth for approximately 6.5 miles. As you approach the edge of town, stay on Highway 30 as it becomes Main Street through the heart of New Plymouth. Drive through downtown New Plymouth, passing local businesses, the high school, and city park. Continue eastbound on Highway 30 as you exit the city limits. The property is located just outside of town on the south side of Highway 30. Look for 4093 Highway 30, which sits back from the road. There is no HOA, and the home has its own private driveway entrance. If you're using GPS or mapping software, the property will appear just east of downtown New Plymouth but still very accessible to city conveniences. There may be a For Sale sign at the front of the property for easier identification. Please park in the driveway during showings. From the Fruitland/Payette area, head west on Highway 52 toward New Plymouth. As you get closer to New Plymouth, Highway 52 merges with Highway 30. Continue westbound through farmland and past rural homes until you reach the property on your left-hand (south) side. If you pass into the main part of town, you've gone too far.
