Approx 135’ of bulkhead! Ever wanted to pack a lunch, walk out your door and onto your boat? That was our dream when we purchased these adjacent lots on a canal with a trailer. A short boat ride brings you to the River Inlet to the ocean. Or, just stay in the river to crab, fish, water ski, etc...The trailer has one bathroom, a kitchen, living room, 2 rooms for sleeping (one holds a queen bed the other can hold bunks or a double bed and a bunk room. Not the Taj Mahal…but certainly sufficient and comfortable enough for us and our family to have enjoyed it for 15 years. We enjoyed our boating adventures without the hassle of launching and trailering our watercrafts. Bethany Beach is an 8 mile drive. Our plan was to build a new home and retire here someday. But when health issues dashed that plan, we decided to make the most of what was already there. The perimeter of both lots combined is approximately 100 feet at the road, 100 feet deep and 135 feet of bulkhead, replaced in 2018. Plenty of on-lot parking. There is also a large barn style shed included offering lots of storage (appx. 7K value). The community ramp is free access to residents. If you can live a bit rustic, you have found a spot ready for you to occupy. Or build new as many others have done in this quaint location. The voluntary HOA holds many activities to join in on and make new friends. We are sorry to sell but the time is right for us to do so.
