Very nice country home just off the snake river. Deeded access just across the road. This is a beautiful level property with light tree coverage. The garage is 28x40 with a insulated workshop in the back, ceiling is at least 9'. Garage door is 8x16 to allow tall vehicles. The home started as a weekend cabin built in 1986 with a 6' crawl space under the main floor, access is in the bathroom. Utilities are in the "Crawl" space. (you may have to duck down a little but not actually crawling. Never been wet. The main floor has a rock style wood burning fireplace and access to the screened in porch along with a nice sized bedroom, full bath and Laundry. The addition has a lower level with a family room and nice sized bedroom. The upper level has a large bedroom, spacious 3/4 bath and walk in closet. There is also door to the outside with steps. The house is on an angle on the lot and always has nice breezes. The central air works fine but seldom used. Seller is the original owner and is in the process of cleaning things out and freshening up the paint. Septic is probably not compliant but will be replaced at the owners expense.
