4 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS PLUS LARGE BONUS ROOM & 3 FULL BATHS - FULLY FINISHED BASEMENT WITH BEDROOM AND FULL BATH - NEWER BUILD IN ESTABLISHED COMMUNITY (2017) - WOODED, PRIVATE LOT - CONVENIENT LOCATION - NEW CARPET - UNBEATABLE LAYOUT - FAGANEL BUILDERS Quiet and reflective mornings enjoying the peaceful view of the forest preserve in the back yard, maybe enjoying a walk on the nearby Prairie Path. Coffee brewing on the butler pantry countertop, while the kids explore the large pantry for their favorite cereal. Tons of quartz counter space in the kitchen for preparing weekend brunch, and lots of cupboard space for all of the gadgets and contraptions to make it happen. On school days, the kids meet up with several neighborhood buddies at bus stop is a few steps away from our front door to take them to the wonderful Batavia Public Schools-- big enough to have all of the "big school" opportunities and still maintaining a close-knit, community feel, welcoming and warm. During the day, the commute to work is easy, with I-88 exits at Eola and Farnsworth, both a minute or two away in either direction. Many grocery and shopping choices within minutes in any direction. And with the Chicago Premium Outlets virtually within walking distance, holiday and back-to-school shopping are a breeze-- and affordable. Downtown Batavia is a 10 minute drive (or a 25 minute Prairie Path bike ride) away-- unique and cozy, with fun shopping, coffee, craft brewing/distillery, treats, and dining options, and the Farmers Market and various community festivals seasonally throughout the year. For some more variety, both downtown Geneva (15 minute drive) and Naperville (20 minutes) have so many finer-dining options, bougie bars, and great shopping and entertainment venues, date nights are always easy to plan. If we're feeling more adventurous, we take a 10 minute drive to the train station, where an Express Metra has us downtown in 50 minutes, and we are free to explore all Chicago has to offer. Then back at home, we relax for a movie by the fireplace, or maybe some s'mores by the fire on the patio listening to the night sounds of the woods. Of course, a soak in the free-standing bathtub in the master suite with a glass of the wine may be just what the doctor ordered, or maybe a night cap at the two-pin tap in the basement-- particularly when guests are staying in the plush and private basement suite for the weekend. The house is perfectly built and designed (by the current sellers, who are the original owners) for comfortable and efficient living (energy bills $300/month for gas and electric, on the average), with amenities and a layout that make the hussel and bustle of family life so much more managemable-- and with features that provide lots of opportunities for fun, entertaining, and rest and relaxation.

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Estately has access to the same database professional Realtors use: the Multiple Listing Service (or MLS). That means we can display all the properties listed by other member brokerages of the local Association of Realtors—unless the seller has requested that the listing not be published or marketed online.
The MLS is widely considered to be the most authoritative, up-to-date, accurate, and complete source of real estate for-sale in the USA.
Estately updates this data as quickly as possible and shares as much information with our users as allowed by local rules. Estately can also email you updates when new homes come on the market that match your search, change price, or go under contract.
