This freshly painted single home in a wonderful neighborhood sounds like a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new place to call home. With new appliances and the chance for responsible tenants to care for the house, it's an inviting prospect. The flexibility for pets on a case-by-case basis is a nice touch, although it's understandable that good credit and a clean tenant history are important requirements.
