This house is a little dream. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a new kitchen, appliances, and sunroom (This renovation happened about 1.5 years ago). There is a workshop, with power, behind the home. Perfect for a first time homebuyer or someone who loves an old home and wants to live in it and love it. I feel like the right thing to do for this home is to provide, to the world, a note from the seller, included below: "Built in approximately 1841, the house originally had three rooms, (now living, dining and main bed room). The kitchen was added somewhat later (the original flue covering is still visible in a corner of the ceiling. Built of local white pine, the front steps and double fireplace are granite, quarried and cut here in Atlanta. The dining room walls are the original pine boards as are most of the ceilings in the house. Before Sherman marched on Atlanta, the house was donated to a church thus surviving the Civil War. In 1901 the local elementary school burned down and the house was used as a school until repairs were completed. Except for the newly remodeled kitchen and sunroom, the floors throughout are oak and hand painted by the previous owner as were the Alice in Wonderland murals in the 2nd bedroom closets, and the mural above the closet in the front bedroom depicting the yellow brick road and OzmaCOs castle from the Wizard of Oz. You will see deer feeding occasionally in the back yard and moms bring their fawns to feed in spring and early summer. Hummingbirds will flock to your porch and back door if you hang feeders there. In June, you can enjoy your own delicious blueberries from the tree in front of the shed. The sunroom faces west, and plants thrive throughout the year. The street is quiet, with minimal traffic and virtually no foot traffic. This is a happy house and has brought me much pleasure."

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Estately has access to the same database professional Realtors use: the Multiple Listing Service (or MLS). That means we can display all the properties listed by other member brokerages of the local Association of Realtors—unless the seller has requested that the listing not be published or marketed online.
The MLS is widely considered to be the most authoritative, up-to-date, accurate, and complete source of real estate for-sale in the USA.
Estately updates this data as quickly as possible and shares as much information with our users as allowed by local rules. Estately can also email you updates when new homes come on the market that match your search, change price, or go under contract.
