Directions:From US 84 and NM-96 at Abiquiu Lake, drive 19.7 miles on NM 96 to Forest Road 76 (County Road 413) and turn left. At the intersection of NM 96 and FR 76, there is a red wooden sign on the right side of FR 76 that says "drown campfires". The road may not be signed. Stay on the main road for 5.1 miles. Turn left on CR 425 and drive 1.1 miles. When you get to the large boulder on the right that has "Mesa del Pinavetal" painted on it, drive 3/10 mile more to the cattle guard. The boundaries of the property are some feet before the cattle guard. A t-post marks the boundary on the left side; the corner of a fence marks it on the right side. Path on the left just before the cattle guard leads down to Poleo Creek. Use land app or aerials to find exact boundaries. The whole right side is fenced; left side is partially fenced. If you drive past the cattle guard a little over 1/2 mile, you will see other fenced boundary of right side of the land going up.
