One twelfth ownership includes four weeks each year, one each season. In the late 1800’s and early 1900’s “Great Camps” were built on the most majestic of the Adirondack’s rugged shorelines. Hand hewn pine, stone floors, and massive fireplaces were a part of the camps. So were oriental rugs, leather couches, twig tables and trophies from earlier outings. To find something perfect for another majestic plot of land, we looked to the Great Camps. Plans and details were studied. Then plans for a new camp—CAMP FIREFLY—were carefully drawn. As its ancestors did, the new camp melds rustic simplicity with lavish luxury. This two level cabin features living, dining, kitchen and master suite on the main level; a great room, second master suite, twin bedroom, laundry, and famiiy room on the lower level. Single car garage (plus plenty of extra parking) and private dining/grilling deck are a plus. Views from the cabin include a cascading water feature, and pleasant countryside landscape. The cabin is tucked away on a quiet slopeside, yet convenient stroll to all of the amenities of the resort. Fractional ownership provides each owner four weeks per year (one week each season) on a rotating schedule. RCI exchange privileges are available as well.
