“High Prairie Oaks” is a oak clad former citrus grove located in East Charlotte County. Has paved road frontage. A highly attractive property and one that I would say is one of the prettiest parcels I have listed in my 46 years of selling east Charlotte Co. acreage. This parcel is part of a former 3,640 acre citrus grove developed decades ago by the Freeman Bros. of Miami. The only limitations are prescribed by the AG zoning which permits all uses under the description including low density residential (1 home per parcel), conservation, agriculture, recreation & other uses consistent therewith. It is the purpose of the agricultural districts to provide areas for the establishment and/or continuation of agricultural operations with residential uses being permitted only at very low densities & to accommodate those individuals who understand & desire to live in an agricultural environment of quiet privacy.
