This is priced to sell to an investor that is looking for a reasonably priced multifamily unit that just needs the floors replaced and a fresh coat of paint. You can have a renter in here within a month for $1,700. That's a 6.8% return after HOA, insurance and property taxes. Not sure where you can find a better return than that. Roof was replaced by the HOA in 2021, HVAC was replaced in 2020 and the hot water heater was serviced in June of 2025. The HOA pressure washed the building in June of 2025, and all landscaping was just refreshed. Owner/agent.
