New construction home built by L&T Freeman Construction LLC. This home sits on 6.13 acres and is a quick 9 minutes to I-40. This home is a combination of floor plans this builder has done over the past few years with the exception of a few changes that have been requested each time the plan was built. The house is all brick with aluminum and vinyl trim for a maintenance free exterior. The house doesn't sit too far off the road so no long expensive driveway. Builder has a quote to concrete the entire driveway if Buyer wants to have that work done after closing. Listing shows 2 bedrooms although 4 rooms have closets and any of them could be used as bedrooms but the septic permit is for 2 bedrooms. Many people do not understand what this means. Based on TN Subsurface Disposal System laws, rules and regulations, each bedroom is defined as having two occupants. The other two rooms can be used as bedrooms but it cannot be advertised as such. Older subdivisions are not required to have duplicate areas so many were built to the same standards. This floorplan is good for those who want an open living area but the bedrooms are separate. Three are on the first floor and one is on the second floor. Three full bathrooms with one being upstairs off the bonus room. Walking in the front door, you'll notice that the large room includes a gourmet kitchen and living room combination. The kitchen includes the appliances, top of the line granite counter tops and all wood cabinets with easy close hardware. L&T do not scrimp on building their homes.
