Built in 1962, this is an old house. Come into the lobby, which some people call a foyer. It's tiled and has a nice original light fixture. The living room is big with lots of light. Now watch your step to the huge, finished basement which has a full bathroom. Deck is nice and the mulberry tree in the backyard is a beauty!
