Maintenance fees include internet, cable, water, sewer, trash, pest control and exterior maintenance. There are 26 units in three separate buildings, three stories high with concrete block construction. Structural Engineer inspected all of the buildings in 2020 and the association addressed any issues. Concrete restoration was performed to some of the buildings exterior and new exterior paint in 2020. Roofs were redone in 2018. No pool and no garage, but one assigned parking spot per unit and some guest parking.
