This one is well worth the wait!!! Situated just outside the city limits, it boasts an incredible mountain view that almost seems as though you can see forever and a perfect large composite side deck to appreciate every season. The home itself is warm, inviting, and offers magnificent views from your favorite chair in the living room through totally replaced windows and, no concerns about the roof, a metal one was installed in 2014. There are two and even possibly 3 sources of heat--the heat pump is very efficient to about 40 degrees and then there is a oil furnace back up. Add to this, at one time there was a wood furnace, however, seller has never used it and may need some work if buyer would desire putting it into working condition (no warranty, though!)
