Beautiful views on this 4 acre tract! There was once a manufactured home on this property so there is already sewer, electricity & water there!! There's a creek that runs through the NW corner of the property. There are trees & pasture also. This would be a perfect spot to build. A small area in the NW corner where the creek & trees are is in a flood zone but it does not go onto the property where the house use to be or anywhere else on the property. He did not have flood insurance. The owner doesn't recall it ever flooding even where the creek is.
