What you'll LOVE : The location simply cannot be beat--a short distance to a local gem of a restaurant, the waterfront is at the end of the road, it's a brick house with a roof that is approximately 10 years old, the water heater looks newer, windows have been replaced within a reasonable timeframe, it has a wood-burning fireplace with a beautiful brick hearth and rustic wood mantle, open living area, oversized garage all on a county, corner lot in CAMDEN COUNTY!!! What you'll HATE: the carpets all need to be replaced, the kitchen cabinets are extremely dated (1978), the back laundry room area subfloor all needs to be replaced (they are VERY SOFT), there are a couple of other areas of the subfloor that needs to be replaced, the tub and the right-side of the kitchen sink drain super sloooooow, the bathroom just needs to be completely updated, the refrigerator stinks, the stove is gross, there is no public access to the waterfront down the road (there are several nearby), there is a broken window pane in the 1st bedroom and it looks like the HVAC air-handler in the garage has a clogged condensate line...or something-it needs some TLC. How's that for ''disclosure''? Property will not qualify for VA or FHA Mortgages.
