This land is next to 12166 state route 93 North Logan Property only. The property is a flag lot. In order to find property. there is a mail box for 12191 right in front of the property. Walk that tree line and when you cross the creek the property is on the other side. Engineer at the court house said the road frontage is approximately 170 feet by looking at map. He was very clear that this was an estimate.
