The furniture is very nice and also new. Owners cost to maintain the property: Insurance through Wells, Foremost $900 yearly, Electric average $100 monthly (64 degrees at night and 73 during the day) Property taxes $1274 yearly, Water/Sewer $40-$50 monthly.
