A 40' x 38' frame garage has an overhead door that can be used as a garage or for storage. The back portion is a small chicken house. The third building is a frame 22' x 20' storage building. Part of it makes a great place to keep lawn equipment while the other half can be used for storage. There is also a small garden tool building on the property. The farm is considered to have some of the best quality soil in the county with the majority of it being Chester silt loam. Approximately 33.5 acres are tillable with the remaining acreage being where the house & outbuildings are located. The property is zoned agricultural and residential and is in the Clean & Green program to reduce taxes.
