This is not a pet friendly apartment. 1st floor apartment that has it's own private entrance and porch. The property sits in Oaks but has a Collegeville mailing address for GPS. Pull onto Gumbes off of Egypt Road to a private parking lot for it's tenants. Follow the sidewalk off of the parking lot to the first floor apartment. Enter into a vestibule/hallway and to the left is the smaller of the two bedrooms, but it is a very nice sized room. This newly renovated unit has new mini splits for air conditioning in both of the bedrooms. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. One of the Bedrooms could certainly be a Living Room and what I called the Living Room could be a Dining Room. Plenty of options in this apartment. Come back from the first Bedroom and you will find a nice sized room that I called the Living Room. It has natural light throughout the unit and this room is right off of the Kitchen. The Kitchen is a galley kitchen but has everything you need. There is a built in desk if you need an at home office area. Plenty of cabinets for storage and countertop space is good too. Off of the Living Room is the Full Bathroom complete with a tub/shower and lastly is the 2nd Bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is quite large and can fit a lot of furniture. As mentioned, either of the bedrooms could be utilized as a Living Room space. NO PETS! Although this apartment is in Oaks, it's mailing address is Collegeville. No mail delivery to the home but the Post office is right next door. This is a month to month lease.
