General Use Zone Two (ZU-G2) - Lot size: 329.25 M2 This zone is established to promote the orderly development of areas whose character general combines the presence of selected businesses, services and light industries with residential uses. Use no Residential will be of limited intensity and compatible with the residential character of the neighborhood. Residential uses will be provided with access from the public road with an independent vertical communication core and differentiated from the rest of the uses. The permitted uses are described and conditioned in the Uses Table. The location of non-residential uses in the structure is established according to a criteria, depending on the type structure.
