The Lank House is on the National Historic Registry and it sits on a double lot charmingly surrounded by a picket fence and large shade trees. This gracious home had a new roof in 2023, new insulation in 2024 and new exterior paint in 2025. Current owner is a licensed realtor and has made every effort to maintain the charm of this home. This home shares the block with The Golden Rule Lodge that belongs to the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a group that can be traced back to England whose mission is to be of service to the people of Milton and they certainly are! *Pellet stove in dining room is included but not hooked up at this time. Home has a robust electric HVAC and cold central air, original baseboard heating. Home is remarkably cool in summer due to how older homes were built. We were told that Dutch shipbuilders settled here and built homes like ours and the gingerbread trim was a clue!
