Vacant land is available in the Village of North Hornell! Located off the end of Rural Ave, a builder could get 5 or 6 homes on normal-sized Village lots. There is an easement for the City of Hornell for a 20' water main that runs (N/S) towards the end of the 7 acres. Closer to SR 36 than Rural Ave. A building cannot be placed over the water main in case Hornell City needs access, however, according to Hornell City DPW, a parking lot CAN be placed over the water main. How about a CUTE COFFEE/QUICK SERVICE SHOP?!! A two-lane bridge could be constructed over the small creek that runs in between Rural Ave and CR 70A, therefore allowing traffic access from CR 70A. Recent survey available. There are some large tax maps to view.

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Estately has access to the same database professional Realtors use: the Multiple Listing Service (or MLS). That means we can display all the properties listed by other member brokerages of the local Association of Realtors—unless the seller has requested that the listing not be published or marketed online.
The MLS is widely considered to be the most authoritative, up-to-date, accurate, and complete source of real estate for-sale in the USA.
Estately updates this data as quickly as possible and shares as much information with our users as allowed by local rules. Estately can also email you updates when new homes come on the market that match your search, change price, or go under contract.
