A complete and total rebuild completed 2015. Architectural style was inspired from a 1920's New England "Cottage by the Seaside." All of the extensive details are consistent with this architectural style. Detailing examples of the "Cottage by Seaside" style are of transom windows throughout, gothic window upstairs hall, swale roof lines, siding, trim, copper gutters, etc. In keeping with this style the design on several of the kitchen appliances and cabinetry are reminiscent of 20th century hinged iceboxes.Rebuilt with the highest of construction standards taking into consideration low maintenance & high efficiency. Steel I-beams, and all framing was upgraded to 2x6. The envelope of the home is lined with 3" foam insulation & an additional 2-3" of blown-in insulation on top of that. Interior staircases, and several interior walls have been insulated for soundproofing & structural support (spray foam under staircases.) Exterior siding & trim high-grade composite material.
